From what I’ve understood, Reiki is quite simple to learn even for beginners, and some people combine it with Vastu Shastra, numerology, or even astrology to give more holistic guidance. That actually sounds interesting to me because I love understanding how different healing systems support each other.
A small observation from my side: I tried a short self-healing session with a friend who practices Reiki, and I genuinely felt lighter and calmer afterward. It wasn’t dramatic, but enough to make me curious about learning the basics properly. That’s why an online Reiki course feels like a good starting point—especially for people who don’t have access to offline classes.
