I’ve been researching real estate options lately and came across several projects offering villas in Greater Noida. The area looks quite planned and less crowded compared to other parts of NCR, which is a big plus for me. Villas here seem to offer better space, privacy, and a more peaceful lifestyle compared to apartments. At the same time, I’m also thinking from an investment perspective. With ongoing infrastructure development and improving connectivity, the potential for price appreciation looks promising. But I’m still unsure about factors like builder quality, maintenance, and long-term growth.
