Lately I’ve been thinking about how much my attitude toward supplements has changed over the years. In my early twenties I used to buy random vitamins and protein powders just because someone at the gym recommended them. I didn’t really read labels or think about long-term effects. Now I’m way more cautious. I try to understand what I’m putting into my body and why. I’ve also seen more people talk about metabolic support and even things like growth hormone products, which used to sound extreme to me. Has anyone else gone from being skeptical (or careless) to actually researching and taking supplements more seriously?
