How can I merge PST files without damaging the original data?

The GainTools Merge PST Tool is a safe way to combine several PST files without losing any data. When I had a lot of PSTs exported from multiple Outlook accounts, it worked well.

Some important points:
  • The tool won't change or delete your original PSTs. It makes a new PST file that combines the old ones without changing them.
  • You can combine all of your PSTs into one, or you can combine just certain folders, such Inbox, Sent Items, Drafts, etc.
  • It works with both old and new PST files in Outlook.
  • All of the emails, attachments, contacts, calendars, and metadata (To, Cc, Bcc, Date, Subject) stay the same.
  • Even if you're not extremely tech-savvy, the interface is relatively easy to use.
The steps are easy:
  • Install the GainTools Merge PST Tool and open it.
  • Add your PST files.
  • Select whether to merge, join, or merge specific folders.
  • Choose a path to your destination.
  • Click the Merge button to make a new, clean PST file that has all of your data in it.
