You can manually or professionally
backup Office 365 emails to PDF. For the manual method, open your Office 365 account in Outlook, select th email, then go to File > Print > Save as PDF. You can also go the Save As option and select PDF if the selection is available.
However, this method allows individual emails to save only, does not allow batch exporting, and for large mailboxes can be painful to do. You must also have Outlook installed, and it may not retain full formatting or attachments.
If you are an Office user and want to save your emails in PDF format and in bulk without the loss of data. Then utilise the
DRS Softech Office 365 Backup Tool. This tool is multifunctional and can convert bulk emails in just no time to PDF, or any other format. Other than this, it allows users to perform a secure and reliable conversion unlike manual ways, and needs no experience. It also permits backup of all-size emails with or without attachments, allows for duplicates to be removed, and so much more.
You can see some of its main benefits as listed below:
- Provides the ability to preview the emails and attachments embedded before saving to PDF.
- Securely backs up your data in case the retention policy in Office 365 does not keep your documents for an extended time.
- Maintains folder hierarchy and formatting until the very end for all mailbox items, including emails.
