How to Edit or Remove Outlook PST Password?

I have an old PST file in Microsoft Outlook that is password-protected. I want to either change the password to something easier or completely remove it so I do not have to enter it every time I open Outlook. Unfortunately, I do not remember setting it up myself, and now it has become a hassle. Can anyone guide me on how to edit or remove the Outlook PST password? Is there a built-in method in Outlook, or do I need to use some external tool?
