Hey everyone!

I’ve been running my Shopify store for about a year now and I finally switched over to Klaviyo because everyone says it’s the best for e-commerce. But honestly? I feel like I’m barely using 10% of what it can actually do.

I set up a basic welcome flow and a couple of abandoned cart emails, but my open rates are kind of "meh" and I’m struggling with the advanced segmentation stuff. It’s just so time-consuming to design everything and keep track of the analytics while trying to handle shipping and inventory at the same time.

I’m starting to think about just hiring a Klaviyo email marketing agency to take it off my plate and hopefully actually make some decent ROI from my list.

Has anyone here worked with an agency specifically for Klaviyo? I don't want a huge corporate firm that charges thousands just to say hello—just looking for someone reliable who knows their stuff and won't break the bank.

Would love to hear some personal experiences or if you guys think it's better to just keep grinding and learn it myself?

Thanks!

I totally get the struggle—Klaviyo is a beast to master while you're busy with inventory. I finally outsourced mine to SeoWill and it was a game changer; my ROI actually started making sense without me touching the tech side. If you want results without the corporate price tag, I’d definitely recommend giving them a shout!
