I ran into an in-game issue and a popup suggested I Go to website for support. Has anyone contacted support through that link and received a timely response? I want to know whether bug reports get acknowledged and whether there’s a useful FAQ or troubleshooting guide on the site.
Also curious if there are clear contact channels (email, Discord, form) and if they respond to player concerns like crashes or leaderboard errors. If you filed a ticket, how long did it take to get help? Practical advice would be great.
