Tips for Clean and Durable Hoodie Embroidery Digitizing?

Hi everyone,
I’ve been working on a few hoodie projects lately and running into challenges with hoodie embroidery digitizing—especially with maintaining clean stitch lines and getting the design to sit well on thicker fabric.


I'm wondering:

• Do you use special digitizing settings or underlay for hoodies?
• What’s the best stitch density and type to avoid puckering or distortion on fleece?
• Are there specific stabilizers or hoops that work best for hoodie materials?

I’d love to hear how the pros here handle digitizing for hoodies, especially for larger designs like chest logos or back motifs. Any insight, tips, or sample settings would be really appreciated!
