Viviene Sandhu is a highly accomplished Advocate, Certified Mediator, and Arbitrator with a distinguished career spanning over 25 years in the Singapore legal landscape. A graduate of the University of Liverpool (1995) and called to the English Bar (1996), she was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 1998.
Viviene’s practice is built on extensive expertise in contested, complex litigation across all levels of the Singapore Court hierarchy. Her core areas of focus include Family Law, Employment Law, and Negligence Claims (both professional and personal injury).
In 2017, she earned her Arbitration qualifications and became a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators, allowing her to offer Mediation-Arbitration services.

As a leader in ADR, Viviene Sandhu is committed to resolving disputes constructively. She has served as a mediator with the State Courts and the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) since 2010. Today, she is a Principal Mediator with the SMC and a Senior Mediator with the Law Society Mediation Scheme. Crucially for SEO, Viviene is also an Accredited Mediator (Level 4) with the Singapore International Mediation Institute (SIMI).
