Where can I buy Silent hill F game?

I have always loved horror movies and games. While I have watched all the Silent Hill movies, I haven’t had the chance to play the games yet. Where can I find Silent Hill F at a lower price? I know it’s possible to buy it on Steam, but it’s too expensive there. I’ve heard that buying an account with the game registered in another country can be much cheaper.

Steam sets its prices based on the purchasing power of players around the world. In poorer countries, gamers can’t afford to spend even a few dozen bucks on games, so the prices there are much lower. Here in the US, people can generally afford it, so the games end up being more expensive. Personally, I can afford them, so I don’t bother trying to find cheaper options.

Personally, I don’t see the point in overpaying for games. Of course, the work of developers should be valued, but I don’t agree with the policy where some people pay more and others less. That’s why I often buy games on a Steam account that already has the game installed, and I get them at a reduced price.
