Hello, all! Honey is really an interesting topic for me. Different kinds of honey like Tulsi, Manuka, and Acacia are just a few I have tasted recently and I am absolutely blown away by the distinct flavor and health benefits that each one has. Honey is no longer just a pleasant because it has a lot of good stuff to offer like boosting immunity, soothing sore throats, and even improving digestion. I am starting my journey of completely replacing sugar in my tea and smoothies with honey. Is anyone else using honey in their wellness regimen? I would be very much interested to know what kinds of honey you like the most or if you have any recipes where honey is the main ingredient.
