Back when I first started, most of the people I played with were the “grinder” type — slow, steady, and focused on stretching their bankroll. Lately though, it feels like those players are getting harder to find. Most folks I talk to now just want the big hit, even if it means burning through their balance in one session. It makes me wonder if thrill seekers are just taking over because excitement is more appealing than playing it safe.
