I am using Microsoft Outlook for office communication, and over time, my PST file has grown very large (over 20 GB). Due to this, Outlook has become slow, frequently freezes, and my system is running out of disk space. I have already tried basic methods like deleting emails and compacting the PST file using the Outlook option, but the file size has not reduced significantly. I am worried about possible data loss if I try manual methods repeatedly. Can anyone suggest the best and safest tool to shrink a large PST file and free up disk space without corrupting emails, attachments, or folders?
