I've been in Europe for a couple of years now, but recently I had to fly to Cape Town for a month. It turned out that there is a separate insurance for people like me at https://www.globelink.eu/aussies-kiwis-saffas.html. The policy covered everything I needed, including repatriation and trip cancellation, which was important to me. No extra paperwork or residency requirements, everything online. Has anyone tried to get an annual policy from them, how much better is it than one-time ones?

I looked up what Globelink offers, and here’s how the annual vs single-trip policies compare (and what you might want to consider.

When I planned my first long trip back home, I almost skipped getting travel insurance to save a few bucks. That decision would’ve cost me big when my connecting flight got canceled. Thankfully, I had done my research and understood how different insurance quotes worked. Comparing coverage options gave me peace of mind and saved me unexpected expenses. If you’re preparing for a long journey, don’t rush this step—take time to understand what each quote offers. Click Here to learn how to break down insurance quotes the smart way.
