Import Google Contacts to Outlook
- Enable IMAP in Gmail.
- Create users in Microsoft 365.
- Prepare CSV with: EmailAddress,UserName,Password.
- In Exchange Admin Center:
- Go to Migration → + New Migration Batch → IMAP.
- Upload CSV.
- Use imap.gmail.com, Port 993, SSL.
- Update MX records to point to Microsoft 365.
- Verify email delivery.
- Delete batch after sync.
